Privacy Policy
Effective: May 16, 2026
Claycable (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Claycable platform, a fine-tuning management and B2B agent hosting service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you use OAuth (Google, GitHub), the profile information returned by that provider (name, email, profile picture URL). We do not receive or store OAuth passwords.
Usage data
We log requests made to our API, including timestamps, model identifiers, token counts, and error codes. We do not log the full content of inference requests or responses by default. Adapter training jobs log configuration metadata (rank, alpha, dataset size, training duration) but not the contents of training datasets.
User notes and prompts
If you use the Notes or Prompt Vault features, the content you save is stored in our database and associated with your account. This content is used to provide the service — for example, injecting notes as context into Golem conversations. We do not use this content to train our own models.
Training data
When you upload or generate datasets for fine-tuning, that data is stored temporarily for the duration of the training job and a short retention window thereafter (currently 30 days). You can request early deletion at any time. We do not use your training data to train shared or base models.
Payment information
We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe or similar). We receive only a tokenised payment reference and the result of the transaction.
Technical information
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, user agent strings, and referring URLs for security monitoring and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for 90 days.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Claycable platform
- To authenticate your account and maintain session security
- To process training jobs and serve inference requests
- To send transactional emails (job completion, billing, security alerts)
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with advertising networks.
3. Data sharing
We share your information only with:
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting (Vercel, Supabase, or similar) and GPU compute providers (Together.ai, Modal, or similar). These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
- Payment processors — to complete transactions. They receive only what is necessary to process payment.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Claycable, our users, or the public.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days following deletion. Training datasets are retained for 30 days after job completion and then permanently deleted. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request immediate deletion of specific data by contacting us.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies and local storage for authentication and user preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics beacons. You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser; doing so will log you out of the service.
8. Children
Claycable is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete the information promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact
